If you could reshape this league, who would you add and who would you subtract? Would you go back to twelve or even ten teams? Sixteen? What about going back to the days of the old southern conference? Would anyone take Louisville over UK?Clemson over SC? What do you favor, a stronger league or TV markets? If you've got Slive's job, what's your vision for the next ten years?

The conference is fine as is, was fine at 12 too, I was never in support of going to 14.

If anything it's too large, further expansion would just dillute everything.

It's hard to argue you're "special" when you have 20 damn teams.

I would go back to ten teams, play everyone, and not have a championship game.

If we expand the footprint then UNC & VT.

If that isn't counted then FSU & Clemson.

Kick out aTm and Mizzu.

If stuck at 14 I'd switch Mizzu and Auburn's division alignment.

frick having to go to Missouri AND College Station every other year. You'd think the bozos in Birmingham could figure out a way to split the missouri and aTm trips up

We're the farthest east school in the conference, our travel miles are gonna look like West Virginia's having to make both those trips every other year.

I liked it with 10 teams.

I liked it with 12 teams.

I will like it with 14 IF we get 9 or 10 game conference schedule.

No more schools that don't care about football. Arkansas Missouri Kentucky South Carolina just dilute the football in the conference.

Go back to 12 teams (i think a 14 team conference is too much)

I think most people need to realize that every pond needs fish big and small. Why add more big fish just to take away wins from our big fish, as well as those we're adding?

Kick out Kentucky, Missouri, and Mississippi State.

Add North Carolina, Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas, and Duke.

Obviously football gets all the pub. But theres more than one sport. Give me some more basketball schools. I'd love to see UNC added. They'd bring strong basketball and baseball programs.

Give me two teams out west and move Auburn and Alabama to the east and that keeps all rivalries in tact but we need two good teams to the west or the west just becomes the. LSU show. At least there is parity in the divisions as they stand now.

I believe this thread is just an attempt to encourage pushing Vandy out of the conference. Don't you realize the SEC needs at least one school with academic credibility?

Subtract UK and Vandy. Move Auburn to the east. 12 teams are enough.
