Well it looks like they're running 3-3-5 but they're rushing 4. IDK what this is about.
If they do 3 rush in 335, have 3 in zone and man on the rest they can stop Teddy.

Well I'd still rush 4 or 5 to keep the run in check they just rotate a OLB as a DE
