Haven't heard much from Bob Stoops this week about the SEC

Looks like his SEC-bashing took a temporary hiatus, after SEC breaking record for ranked teams and Oklahoma getting demolished by a team that lost to the currently 9th highest ranked SEC team by like 20

He can't speak. Mack hasn't pulled out yet.

Yeah the big 12 is so much better than the SEC

5+ years ago, I considered Stoops to be the best coach in the country.
Now, OU just waddles through every season about the same way. What happened? Did he just get complacent? Does Big Game Bob just need a change of venue?

Mizzou being in the SEC now doesn't suddenly give you the right to act like they don't completely own your football program. Quit riding the rest of our coattails

Mizzou and A&M are doing the SEC-bashing for him.

I say just go ahead and make the SEC the first super conference by going to 16 teams 2 divisions of 8. Invite Oklahoma to the west and North Carolina to the east. It's going to end up with 4 16 team conferences anyway and just let the big 12 die like its going to do anyway. Oh, and the jayshawks still suck!

Stoops remarks strike me as simply insecurity.
He probably prided himself as being a big time coach at a big time program at the highest level and feels bad that isn't the case any longer.
