Exactly. I'd like to stay in the 3-4 because honestly, I like it. It's a good system and you can do a lot with it. But based on these comments it's obvious that CTG's version is too complex.

There's a reason elite recruiting programs are trending toward the 3-4/hybrid schemes. Not that many programs can find the personnel for it, but if you do, look out. Those tall, long, quick-twitch athletes (Jarvis, Floyd, fowler at UF) are terrors in the 34 at olb/buck/jack. The scheme really lets those guys loose if it's run correctly.
