watch how slow the D lines up before each play - notice all the finger pointing before the play - watch how guys are still trying to line up while the play just started.

I don't think the 3-4 is an issue. Alabama's works. Theirs is a lot simpler and better coached. The 34 isn't necessarily more difficult to learn. Our version is, though
We have the personnel to run it, anyway.
