I think this is how I feel as well. Supposedly Grantham has a check for any and every formation the O lines up in. So as soon as the O lines up our guys are either looking to the sidelines for the check or trying to think about what to do in about 2 seconds. That's counterprodcutive.

Exactly. I know it sounds insulting but it's not..but we shouldn't be making them think. That's what makes you a step slow or miss an assignment. Just have like 10 different plays/formations, call one in and let them execute it, regardless of what the O looks like. Obviously if we're in goal line and they're in 5 wide we've got an issue, but for the most part just let these guys do what they do.
