Would it be possible to schedule 3 patsies with only ~45 potential OOC opponents? I mean, I guess you could schedule Indiana, Boston College, and Kansas, but that would at least be better than Georgia State, Western Carolina, Towson, Alcorn State, etc.

True. I just like the idea of playing every conference opponent. Takes out the LSU whining of one team having an easier schedule, and all the other bitching about only getting to go to other campuses once a decade.

No. It isn't.

Also every series would have to be a home and home so teams that have neutral site games would have only 5 home games every other year.
