They are doing all of the security... I'll be down there for a few weeks. It's just unnerving when you compare it to what we are used to here.

Yeah I have consulted on a few civil projects down there it really is a different world but as long as you are in a group or stay in a decent area of a large city you are fairly safe but always keep you guard up and pay attn to what is going on around you
