As of right now - only because of Franklin - Vandy is the dirtiest program in the SEC. It's crazy how one coach can bring them from arguably the cleanest to the dirtiest in a few seasons.

Wrong. Lsu and Vandy are tied for the least amount of major sanctions. Lsu doesn't get caught.
