ESPN'S Schlabach:"No more than 2-3 games for Dix"
Was just on ESPN. Said it wasn't agent related and that Bama folks aren't concerned.
It was related to extra benefits, although minor in nature.
Bama is in talks with NCAA and expect it to be no longer than 2-3 games.
I read this as Bama got in front of it and did the appropriate thing.
In these cases the school declares the player ineligible and goes through the reinstatement process with the NCAA. Again 2-3 games at most.
Bama did the right thing.
