I agree with this. Carson is obviously done after this season as well so might as well get Williams some experience so hes ready to be a regular part of the rotation this year

Spurrier said today that David Williams is going to play against Kentucky. He's a faster version of Brandon Wilds, but probably not as strong. This should be exciting to watch.

Word I got yesterday is that Carson's attitude has gone so far south that there is now doubt he's even going to make it through the rest of this season.
In the meantime Williams will play Saturday, as everyone already knows, but I found Mike Davis' comment comparing him to Adrian Peterson interesting.
