Classy post, thanks. I expected a shootout but I thought the roles would be reversed; I did not count on our defense being able to stop your running game. Both QB's were outstanding and the difference in the game turned out to be that 55 yard field goal by Marshall Morgan and the defensive stop on your last series. The box score reveals to very evenly matched teams with young defenses that will improve as the season progresses.

Good game. I would love to see those two teams play again. It was fun to watch despite the outcome

The difference in this game was home-field advantage. There isn't a doubt in my mind that if the game was in Death Valley, it would have gone the other way.

Two fantastic offenses. Great stadium atmosphere. Good luck Dawgs, hoping for a mulligan in Atlanta.

We definitely need this to have any hope of coming out on top of the West. You guys are set. Good luck in ATL... unless we happen to get there, also.

A lot of post game meltdown on the LSU-D but not to bad. Exactly what I expected in the game. The bitter pill is we had the game right where we wanted it with the last chance to score and go ahead and did not execute it. Still if there is such a thing it was a quality loss for the Tigers - wont hurt us too bad. IF we do our business from here we will get a rematch in Atlanta.

I can only imagine the meltdown in UGA if Mett had led the winning drive successfully... as it played out he proved himself worthy but UGA got what they wanted.
