Yeah, besides the fact that he doesn't.

Cy K is supposedly a 1st round lock at LT but he seems to have regressed from last season. He is one of our most penalized players and has been beaten on the edge a lot. I get that this new unit does not have a DJ Fluker or Chance Warmack clone, but there is talent available. I'm concerned with the lack of discipline. That is part experience but also part coaching. Saban seems to be really sick of the OL issues as well and he is not going to sit back and let an assistant not do his job.

Our only large OL class recently was 2009, which netted us Carpenter, Fluker, and Warmack. Otherwise we have been bringing in 2-4 every year, and most of them either washed out or just aren't that good (including a couple who have started this season). There is a reason we are signing a fricking 2 deep's worth of OLs in this class. We have no depth and not a lot of talent at the position.
