It is amazing how much these two teams mirror one another. Georgia's offense is a tad better, while LSU's defense is the stronger of the two but just a bit. I think LSU has the best pair of recievers in the country and the tiger's O-line is much more talented. If Mett has enough time, there is no way Georgia can cover the tiger's receivers. Richt is 1-9 against top ten ranked teams since 2008, with the lone win coming in ‘09 against #7 Georgia Tech.

This will be the difference that will allow LSU to slowly pull away. People are over reacting to the LSU defense's play so far. We've seen UGA's defense play a full game, but you've only really seen LSU's play three first quarters. I don't think they're world beaters, but they will be good enough. The game will never seem out of reach for UGA, but LSU will win convincingly barring a pick6 or special teams score making it a bit more lopsided.
