I'm actually pretty surprised you don't. We've had Nutter Fieldhouse for at least 20 years and host the SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships fairly often.

Ok, but where? Perfect place would be near the golf course and all those fields there but really, there just isn't room. Maybe if the school bought the area across the street from University, but still there isn't room.
