I disagree with most about changing his system, formations, etc.
We are playing for the future no doubt about it and these young guys need to learn the system they will be running in 2-3 years. Teams struggle when they have different offensive systems year in and year out for a reason, it takes time to become familiar with new systems. Should he tweak his system to take advantage of current players? Absolutely but he shouldn't just change it totally.
If he isn't gonna run the ball except out of the shotgun (whether right or wrong) then it's not like we should be running all these different formations under center then in 6 weeks or spring or whenever he thinks our talent can run out of the shotgun all of a sudden start doing that.
You practice for a reason and right now these young guys are gaining irreplaceable game experience in butch's system

i guess when you're devoid of talent at the QB, it really doesn't matter what you're running... but if this is a run-first team (as jed suggested), then they should be a more efficient offense.
