He needs to step up again like USCe and show that improvement wasn't an aberration

Murray played well in that game and didn't make any costly mistakes but probably doesn't deserve all the praise he got for that performance. He got half of his yards off like a 10 yard pass that went for 85 yards on a blown coverage by a 2nd string safety and a pass behind the line of scrimmage which Marshall turned into 48 yards. Murray did play very well in the red zone throwing short touchdowns, but those two big plays drastically inflated his yardage and without them he is down to a pedestrian 176 yards. The fast paced play calling by Bobo and the play making ability of the UGA RBs were definitely the key to Georgia's success in that game, and not necessarily Murray's play.

Sure, two plays constituted part of the yardage but you have to count that. He found the guys. He also didn't throw the picks, kept drives alive, and maintained our offenses rhythm. Look, of any UGA fan I'll be the first to condemn him but that game he absolutely deserved that praise. He did everything he was asked to do and did more. For once.
