Well if we are excluding the man love, the cult like feel, and your love for trees and grass
You are forever a part of the Texas culture, not distinctly southern or western or northern. Y'all don't identify as southerners y'all identify as Texans. With that comes a certain ego and elitism that goes against a lot of the southern salt of the earth identity.
