TCU, UAB and Kent State.

LSU has not been tested IMO.

Yeah, LSU's schedule is a joke...

it is too early to tell but i do not think LSU is as good as you aver (i'm sorry to say). we just lost too much on defense. if 2 of our 8 defensive starters would have stayed i would agree with you. our defense is very inconsistent and will give up a lot of points to uga, bama, a%m and maybe ole miss. they are improving so maybe in the long run you will be correct.

If Beckwith takes the horns at MLB, Loston rounds into form with Micah Eugene the other safety spot, and Tre White keeps developing at this pace, LSU will have a top 10 D by season's end. Yeah there are a lot of ifs, but from what I've seen thus far we have the most dominant defensive line in the SEC. Everything else needs to fall into place, but DL runs the SEC.

It is all about matchups and Bama's defense should match up much better vs LSU than the Aggies.

You don't have those DE's you had last year nor Reid at safety, lost some experience and Manziel is going to drive you crazy trust me. I see another shootout type game as LSU is much like Bama on O and should be able to run the ball very well.

LSU'S schedule might just be too tough even for them. Lose at UGA and with UF ahead plus Ole Miss Alabama and A&M and if you get to Atlanta you truly deserve kudos.

Ain't happening.

Does LSU have corners who can stop Mike Evans?
Best bet are freshman Tre'Davious White and Rashard Robinson. Great talent and size but no experience.

Yes. Evans won't have any where close to 200 yards.

Ha ha. No. Outside of qb LSU has more talent at every offensive unit.

we have weak LBs, and that's going to hurt us against UGA

right now LSU is the best team in the SEC. That could change, but they have a brutal oline, great backs, great receivers and the qb is playing lights out. They also have a very fast and talented defense that will just get better as they play more. If we played them tomorrow I think they would win

maybe so

LSU's defense is undergoing some real growing pains right now tho. I think the score would be lower than the Bama/A&M game but there would be a lot of points scored.

You are FOS Bama has played 2 very tough opponents , LSU ( after watching TCU Thursday ) has played no one. This coming from someone who had LSU top 5 preseason.

We get them at home those year , by 10.

Virginia Tech is "very tough" after struggling horribly against ECU?

Your opinion is dumb. LSU could be the best team, but beating two cupcakes and an overrated TCU (as proven this weekend) is not enough evidence to prove that. We will know towards the end of the season, and if that's the case, then I won't have a problem admitting it.

For all we know, Alabama's blowout of VT will be more impressive than a 10-point win over TCU at season's end.

I hope this was sarcasm. They just barely beat eastern Carolina 15-10. Get a clue

I think UGA beats LSU, making this a very interesting race in the West this year. I also think LSU beats Alabama, and A&M/LSU at the end will be a doozy.

This was the only reasonable, calm portion of your post. Alabama doesn't play LSU for another 8 weeks. Much will change between now and then.

Ole Miss wasn't a pushover for anybody but Texas last season. They play tough.
