Langham actually signed with an agent and got some benefit, then decided to return to Bama. Coach Stallings didn't like the NCAA investigator and kicked them out of his office. That led to greater problems.
Fluker didn't sign with agent, but apparently took money from runner. This time Bama is investigating and will cooperate in any investigation should one begin.
