How does the Fluker situation differ from the Langham situation?

I keep hearing about Langham, but I'm not familiar with the story. What happened with Langham, and how is it different than this situation?

Langham signed his name on a napkin and accepted a steak dinner.
Fluker used a few crooks to go to NoLA.

The biggest thing was how Alabama handled it. They basically said "screw you" to the NCAA so the NCAA broke their dick off in us.
I don't think that'll happen this time. We learned our lesson.
