I like this idea a lot. If you are found taking impermissible benefits in college and cannot be punished due to no longer being in college, you pay the price in the NFL through fines or suspensions. This is something I highly doubt the NFLPA would ever allow.

This seems to be something that would be circumvented or at the very least discouraged if full cost of attendance was covered.
