I thought he was barred from college sporting events for life... or maybe that's just Alabama.
Barkley had it right when he said Updykes punishment should be he has to go to jail during every Alabama football game for the rest of his life... sit in a cell with no TV/radio/etc.

He said he can't go to the game, but will be in Texas

He's watching the game in Austin, but he could still drive through college station and poison the century tree.
