come to think about it.. I spent several months in Kuwait and never got shot at unless Scuds count..

I worked as a security guard for about 2 years and was never shot at.
Little Rock doesn't have organized militias trying to overthrow the federal government, either. The one Reagan busted up in NWA had several tanks, IIRC.
