I have not been shot at in LR but I have been shot at not far from the NW corner of AR. I have not been stabbed in LR but 2 guys got in a knife fight in the parking lot outside a LR eating establishment and opened each other up pretty good. Bled all over my car. Had 2 buddies from Pine Bluff who got in trouble all the time. Stuff can happen pretty much any part of the state.
