He was in Ty Flournoy-Smith's room. Flournoy-Smith was kick off the team. They also didn't find any weed; JHC just went full retard and admitted to smoking when pressured by the cops. Otherwise, there wouldn't have been any proof of wrongdoing. He wasn't even charged in this case.
