It's a shame they made them stop playing it in the firstplace. Dixie is so much more than a song for us as southerners, it honestly gives me chillbumps hearing it and thinking about the history of the South, makes me proud.

We still play dixie, we just don't play the watered down version combined with the battle hymn of the republic anymore, which is pretty funny and ironic.
