Didn't see this posted yet so if Germans... shoot me now.

UNC at South Carolina - 81,572
Ole Miss at Vandy - 40,350
Toledo at Florida - 83,604
Rice at Texas A&M - 86,686
Miss St/Oklahoma State neutral site - 35,874
Louisiana-Lafayette at Arkansas - 69,801
Virginia Tech/Alabama neutral site - 73,114
Austin Peay at Tennessee - 97,169
Washington State at Auburn - 85,095
UGA at Clemson - 83,830
LSU/TCU neutral site - 80,230
Murray State at Missouri - 58,038
Kentucky/WKU neutral site - 46,723

All official numbers from box score on espn.

Don't have the exact numbers to compare but I highly doubt any other conference comes close.

Total fans attended live week one SEC games 962,436. An average of 74,033 between the 13 games.

One of the many reasons we're the best conference in the country.

***edited to include Missouri & Kentucky***
Sorry Missouri & Kentucky fans, didn't mean to leave you out.

Mizzou game was 58,038.

Our game was the most miserably hot game I've ever attended.

Wonder why the MSU @ Okie St figure was so low?

Honestly, I would have expected more in Nashville as well.

35K still seems low, even if it was in Houston. I expected something more towards the 50K range.

Well our stadium is under construction currently so we made the hill smaller so less general admission tickets, and with cranes and construction everywhere there is less seats in upper levels too. Also it was one hot mother fricker so 58,000 was a near sellout for first game because capcity is less this year

That must be tickets sold bec the WSU fans didnt show up. Thier upperdeck corner spots were bare and the heat/humidity kept some AU fans away.

Ppl were saying Sat that that game was one of the most miserable ones in years.

Good stuff--particularly when you account for the brutal temps down south.
Attendance by percentage of stadium capacity filled is an interesting metric too.
