They don’t play Texas anymore because they both got mad at each other. To me, that’s childish. It would have been like Clemson saying they were not going to play us anymore after we joined the SEC. They would have gone crazy around here. We’ve been playing these guys for 100 years, and now all of a sudden, we’re not playing them?

I completely agree.

Both sides are at fault here, and it sucks for college football IMO

You would.

Our school has said at every turn: We'll play them anytime anywhere. Whenever they want to play, we will. They told all their coaches in every sport to not schedule us. How exactly is A&M at fault for that?

Mike - The President of A&M extended an olive branch at the time and publicly stated A&M's position that we're open to continuing the series. Dodds' publicly rebuffed that olive branch with more smokescreens about their schedule being full.
A&M was open about this. Texas was hurt and acted childish. Now, we have both moved on.

This is not opinion. This is fact, and it is all public knowledge.
