You'd lose that bet badly. His tweet about wanting to leave College Station had everything to do with the Gestapo and frankly retarded tactics that the CSPD takes with ALL STUDENTS.
I actually had a CSPD officer attempt to confiscate my military ID in 2004 after I returned from Iraq because he thought it was fake. (I was at a bar...at age 25)
