I can see how it looks that way to the naked eye, but people who understand football know that the defensive back chose to let it hit the receiver in the hands and wait for the ball to pop into the air. It's just basic pass coverage 101.

Of course. And anyone who has ever played football (on offense anyway) will agree that if the WR's hands can touch it, the WR should catch it, no excuses, doesn't matter who hits you. It's on you if you don't catch it.
