why do yall even bother with this clown?
Because I'm bored and there's nothing else to do on a Sunday afternoon.
And we only have another two weeks before all this is moot and the Aggies will have crawled back under their cactus.

AJ is a better quarterback than he is allowed to be in Alabama's system. Could he have better stats yardage wise than he does. Of course.
But just because he plays within his system does not make him a "system QB" who is only effective because of a system. That's someone like Chris Todd -- sorry Aubies.
AJ makes his system better. AJ makes his system the dominant machine that is.
Here's an example that everyone likes to bring up. Namely, the offensive line.
Everyone likes to talk about how great Alabama's line was last year, but they never bring up the fact that AJ made that line better by virtue of how he moved within the pocket. His pocket awareness and movement allowed his blockers to hold their blocks for longer than they would have been able to with a lesser QB. Coaches have said multiple times that AJ's pocket awareness is off the charts -- the best they've ever seen.
Or how about this gem. All he does is dump the ball off. Anyone can do that.
Yes, anyone can dump the ball off. Not everyone can dump the ball off at the right time and pick up 25 yards and TD.
Alabama's system does not allow AJ to be flashy, but the things he is allowed to do he does exceptionally well 99% of the time.
Would Alabama be successful without AJ? Probably. Would they be as successful? Would they win as easily and as often? Hell no, and anyone that says different is a damn fool.
