Quinn is arguably the best WR in the state, but gets overlooked likely due to skin color.
You could sit here and argue between Quinn, Noil and Dupre being the best in LA this year, cant really with Sims. Sims is a bit overhyped.

I'd like to know who these other left tackles are that Alabama has supposedly ramped up their recruitment on. Frank Ragnow? Right tackle. Who else?
