I just realized something.

2010 was the first year they awarded the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, and it coincided with the big push in DFW recruitment.

That year, freshman enrollment jumped 30% over the previous all time record.

Those kids all turned 21 this year.

Every year since, the incoming classes have been larger and larger.

Its only going to keep swelling the number of drinkers on Dickson for a few years down the road. That's probably the biggest reason why, in spite of paid parking, Dickson seems packed on any given night of the week this past year.
