Why Do Alabama Fans Think They Will Beat LSU?
1) they will likely be favored
2) home game for BAMA.
3) they have beaten us 3 of lSt four.

You didn't really think this through did you?

The only thing relevant to this football season is that the game will be AT Alabama, where LSU has done really well in the past.

I was actually hoping to have a football conversation where the teams were compared. You know, something along the lines of, "Hey Bama fans, tell me why Alabama beats LSU this year!"

So, I was expecting to hear talk about McCarron and their WRs being better than our Secondary and how their OLine will stop our DLine from getting pressure. And, then, I was expecting to hear about their strength on Defense this year and how that will neutralize any improvement we've made on offense. You know, stuff like that, if that is what the truth is.

Not happy about having to do this for them.

I started with talking about LSU's improvements and how LSU played them close last year and how I believed that this year would be a similar game that neither program or fanbase should just consider a win - or a loss, for that matter.

Read the title again son. The reasons provided address the question. Your rebuttal answers why you think we will win? Don't get off subject...

Seriously? You are going to say HIS post is not relevant to this season, then talk about how LSU has done well at Alabama in the past?

LSU improvements are all speculative....you don't know that their offense will be improved. You HOPE it will. But a new OC does not = improvement every time. You lost key members of your defense, yet in your world that = improvement? Sure, you have some experienced players coming back, but you lost KEY members. The new players will have to play up to Mingo, etc levels. As much as you guys WANT that to happen, it is unlikely. You will experience at LEAST a small drop.

Just like Georgia lost Jarvis Jones. We HOPE and THINK Jordan Jenkins will do as well, but chances are there will be a dropoff...at LEAST a small one.
