Why is the Manziel story so much bigger than the Vandy rape story, where someone was genuinely harmed and will probably never recover from what was done to her?

If those Vandy players had been UT players, this would be front page national news
Edit: I'm not downplaying the seriousness of this crime, it was awful and no one should ever have to be subject to something like this
