She shouldn't be a judge if she can't perform her job without religious bias.

Judges shouldn't be allowed to change names period. If someone wants to name their child frickface, then they should have the legal right to do so.
Private operations (like schools) would be able to legally refer to him as a different name, but his legal name should still be frickface.

Legally she should only be approving or denying a Petition for a Name Change if it's anything like it is here. Religious or not.

I'm a Christian and I think this is idiotic.
I guess this judge thinks every Hispanic named Jesus and everyone named Joshua should have their name changed as well?
Jesus' significance isn't in his name. His true name was "Yeshua", which is VERY roughly translated to Jesus in English. "Jesus" only means the savior in Christianity because English speakers in 2013 say it does.

I answer this with ... you shouldn't be allowed to birth children if you name your kid Messiah and can't decide what the last name should be.
