While I agree it sends a bad message to demonize making money off your name moreso than battery and statutory rape, Hill also hasn't made a habit of making headlines outside of those two instances.

In the end, I'd probably rather have a guy with a "rap" sheet like Hill's on my team only because the NCAA doesn't do shite about stuff like that. However, I wouldn't want my daughter anywhere near that POS.

Bingo. From a self-serving, completely football-oriented perspective, I agree.

They're there to play football, not be role models. Hell, I wish every Aggie that came through the program was like Jerrod Johnson or Mark Dodge, but that's never going to be the case at A&M or any other major school.
