Yes I think physical altercations at work should be handled with firings. I have worked construction jobs so I've seen it. All that happens is it festers because the guy that loses feels punked and retribution has to happen. Again I understand defending yourself but that wasn't defending himself it was taking advantage of someone weaker.

This wasn't at work. So that isn't the case at all. And i you want every person who got in a fight at football practice off the team then you wouldn't have a team.
