Two-A-Days in high school were a breeze for me, but once I got to SIU for fall camp, I regretted signing my LOI for the first two weeks of camp. I still remember the conditioning test for all incoming freshman and vets who didn't attend a certain amount of "voluntary" summer workouts. The test took place on the date of our first practice at 5am and had to turn around go to practice at 3pm. Too say the least, I found out that collegiate football was a business and that fall camp was a curse from hell, which I endured for 3 years on the FCS level.

3 a-days in high school for me.
6:00 am to 9:00
12:00 - 2:00
6:00 - UNTIL

Anyone else have the coach who was too liberal with the atomic balm on the groin? Once that worked its way into your jock strap...well it was noticeable

Had px set for real px

Dumb freshman never understood why they couldn't get their morning set for afternoon px
Our guys never wore new shoes in doubles either I wouldn't allow it
