better throw a spoiler alert in the title. 
someone is gonna get S5 ruined for them.
I'm an unabashed BB fan.
I can't boil it down to just one scene.
There's the train robbery, the prison murders, the meeting with Declan in the desert, the flashback of how Jesse got the crystal ship, the twins coming after Hank, Jesse in the hospital, Gale's murder, and just about any scene with Gus is great.
