You have to right click on the pic and get the properties or the picture URL, and copy and paste

it has to be hosted to a select few hosting sites then you put the direct link into the text box on your profile.

If its one of Nortizzles I right click and copy image location and go to my profile and paste it into the sig or avi box because his are already hosted on approved sites.
