there really isn't a clean, easy way to do it right now...sure, we could develop some process but we have a long list of development to-do's, and I am not sure if a sophisticated voting process for user admission to a team board would be at the top of the list...just being honest.

Let me mull some ideas that have been swimming inside my Chicken head...
