Take action for what? Personally I think action should be taken against people that pay private investgators to follow other teams players trying to hurt their careers.

Yeah I agree. Bama fans should have been lynched for the Cam stuff.
Bet you did not realize bama assistant coaches actually hired a private investigator back in the 50's to go after a QB they lost a recruiting battle on to AU that eventually resulted in AU's 1957 probation did you?
Bama has a long history of this and I am glad you brought it up.

I think college football players should be free to sale their autographs for reasonable amounts.
The hard facts of the paper trail is that a number of the highest profile college players have signed a lot of memorabilia to be sold.
Aggies aren't going to sit on their hands and be quiet just because our QB is unpopular and watch him be held to a different standard.
If you have any EVIDENCE please send it to the NCAA.
