5. I listed them in a prior post.

A dropped pass in both the Mississippi State and Clemson games kept ya'll from defeat. Another dropped pass in the South Carolina game kept it from going to overtime. You had to mount a last minute drive to beat Kentucky by a field goal. The Arkansas game was hardly a blowout as the score indicates as the Razorbacks had a 43-37 lead in the 4th quarter before two questionable turnovers turned the game on its head. That 65-43 score is therefore very misleading. Despite rushing for over 400 yards in the game against LSU, the score was a 17-17 tie until late in the 4th quarter. You also have the Iron Bowl, a 28-27 come from behind victory, as well as the national championship game (22-19).

I count 8 games out of 14 where the game was intense going into the 4th quarter - 9 if we count Georgia (35-31 Auburn lead heading into the 4th quarter).

That's the main thing I thought was great about their season. They just refused to lose. That team knew how to keep their composure!
