I dont imagine our defense has changed much since then. Ive noticed that we done disguise blitzes as much anymore and disguise coverage more.

Gives the QB a harder job of discerning the coverage by tricking him with false tells from both types.
I think the shuffle technique fits in well with that, it not overly playing to a singular style. You can go zone just as easy as man in it.
