if someone was making billions off your work and you didn't see a penny of it, you'd sue too.

Making "billions"? Whos's making billions off these guys.
The NCAA?The schools? Not hardly...only 22 FBS athletic depts made money last year si I'm sure their still looking for those "billions". Licensing from these games account for a very small amount of revenue for the schools and over 50% goes to schools general fund in many cases.
Now, if these guys want to sue the Federal Govt over Title IX I'm all for it...that's where millions are being wasted to support non-revenue sports.
