After all a strong arm doesn't make a QB, its the total package and yes Marino not winning a championship is a mark on his record.

A pro style QB is always only as good as the sum of their surrounding players. Football is still a team sport. Even a talented mobile QB like Cam or Johnny Football benefit from a great offensive line. Marino had a long career, the fact his franchise didn't have the good sense to put the pieces around him yes does effect his career.
