You finally get the chance to beat UAB on your homefield almost 13 years after they won 13-10. It was the only time you have ever faced the Blazers from Birmingham, and your overall record against them currently sits at 0-1.

Is this a game that you've circled on your calendars?

That was the best embarrassing loss for LSU ever. It was the game that led to the big turnaround for the program.

The real reason for this question is the fear that if UAB wins, it will cement their place as the second best football program in the state, behind us but ahead of Troy.

Hopefully Auburn doesn't play UAB that would be 2 losses to instate schools this year for the War Eagles/Tigers. We'll see you in Baton Rouge. I m sure it wont be pretty.

Now that Saban is gone, I feel pretty good about our prospects of winning. I only wish that the same chick I brought to the last match-up and blew me in my room at the frat house was my date this time around also.

I, for one, have been suffering through this loss for all of these years. I seek vengeance. I will trade losses in all of our other games for this one victory.

BTW, I give you a 2/10.
