Yes, but you most likely weren't on probation, well I am guessing here of course...

The guy had a responsibility not to put himself in those type of situations. I also think I remember one of the stipulations of his probation was not going to bars. Total lack of respect for the law, his team, Coach Miles, and LSU as an institution.

He doesn't even look slightly concerned that he's done something he shouldn't have in that video. Makes you wonder what else he's done and didn't get caught.
